- A STCW licensed Chief Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in this role on a merchant vessel;

- A STCW licensed Master Mariner Unlimited with a minimum of 5 year of experience in this role on a merchant vessel;

- A STCW Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 5 year of experience in this role on a merchant vessel;

- A Naval Architect with a minimum of 3 years of experience;

- A Class surveyor with relevant experience;

- A maritime lawyer with at least one year of compliance related experience in the shipping industry;

- A certified Welder;

- A certified Fitter;
